Race gas pricing and brands. Where can I get it.

Can I get some info on where to get race fuel for a good price? pump gas is pretty damn cheap right now and I'm wondering if it has had an effect on race gas. I live in olds so somewhere relatively close would be nice. I am sorry if there are multiple threads on this also.

Adf fuels In ed sells it bulk I don't think u can find a better price.

i have damn near a full barrel of c-12 that i won't use this winter my loss at $600 there might 5 gal out of it also have 2-5 gal pails of U4.4 @ 125 ea

I second this burnt a lot of high octane in boosted sleds and this is defiantly the best price. AV gas is also a cheaper octane alternative we have been running that as well.

What do you need race gas for? Can you just get AvGas from Marcel? I'm pretty sure he's cheaper than $1.80 per liter. www.100ll.ca says Olds/Didsbury Airport is $1.19 per liter.

I have been buying av from marcel at blue wave. I have a couple high compression bikes and sleds I have been running avgas in mostly problem free. I had been hearing about renegade fuels and was wondering if anyone sold the stuff local. I squeaked another piston on a bike and think it might have been fuel related. Not positive tho. Will stick with the av if I have no luck.

+1 for AV gas, ran some VP as some say it runs better. It doesn't. Just costs more. Go to a place that sells allot of it so its not old stuff sitting in the tanks.
