I was wondering where to buy race fuel in or around Leduc, or even the south side of Edmonton? The only places I know of is Mountain Magic, Specialty and Absolute Power and Performance. Which is all good but they are all on the north side, and would like to find a place closer to home.

I was talking to argyl this spring, and they were looking at bringing some in. Not sure if they did though.

No, I stopped there and they did sell track tech to me but would have to order it in. But then called me back and told me that they couldn't sell it to me, there account was no good at AFD. They told me I could get it just as cheap as they could from AFD.

And by "low lead" they mean less than av gas used to have but still more than road gas ever had.

Call Richard at AFD. He's a hardcore mountain sledder and really knows his stuff about AV gas for sleds.

Just buy 91 octane from ESSO and throw in 5 moth balls for every 20 liters and you have 114 octane race fuel.

Back in the mid 70's when i was oval racing 1 mothball in 2.5gal of avgas was the normal mix and what a difference. So it helps but what is the ratio??
