Question for all you Yanks Peak / Wells area sledders ?

Just putting this out there,

I was thinking of making my vacation place in Wells, available for weekend / Weekly rental for sledders in the winter when I'm not there.

Would anyone be interested in having a reasonable place to stay when you go snowmobiling at Yanks?

4 Bedroom, 2 bath place, sleeps up to 10 people, kitchen, large lockable garage and lots of parking. Located right in town, 5 min walk to pub...

House would come fully furnished... with all amenities...

It's something I'm tossing around... Just want to see if there would be any interest.

A rather huge damage deposit would be required and really good insurance too I would think. I see the place getting trashed when you're not there.

Put it on vrbo we rent places there all the time seems to work for us
