quadding in blackfoot area?

I have never heard of any summer motorized activity in there other than Snowmobiles in VERY limited fields.Has not been any real sledding in there since those #$%^&#&& put up the big fence and moved our AZZes out for good. Give it a try but hope it doesnt cost to much to get your quad back from the cops

I know with the limited Fields you MUST have plates and Ins. They will check your sled and tag and tow if you have none.but as for quading call there and speak to the ranger on Duty they will not lead you astray the number is in the Hunting Regs. WMU 936 info. as i said in my last post I believe Greg Elzinga is the ranger there now hes a great fella he will tell you what you need to know.

Here is the link for the Blackfoot Rec area.Cooking Lake - Blackfoot Grazing Wildlife Provincial Recreation Area Alberta CanThe summer trails info doesn't refer to quads while the winter trail info lists 17 km of snowmobile trail. Hope that helps you out.
