Quad Price??

HEY ALL: I HAVE A BUD THAT HAS A 2000 POLARIS 425 EXPEDITION 4X4 FOR SALE. IT WAS A THEFT RECOVERY AND SEEMS TO BE IN GOOD SHAPE. HE WANTS $4995.00 FOR IT. MY QUESTION IS: IS THAT A FAIR PRICE, OR IS HE ASKING WAY TOO MUCH FOR A 7 YEAR OLD QUAD???? I THOUGHT HE SHOULD BE ASKING $3500.00 TO $4000.00 FOR IT??? WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS?

Yeah that price is pretty steep. He must be comparing the price/year to hondas and yamaha's for sale. Poo's generally go for a lot cheaper. I think your guess is a little more realistic.

I would agree that its to much. A guy at work just picked up a 2002 Polaris sportsman 500 4x4 with low miles for $3000, It looks in great shape to.
