Have a quad that the plastic is in really good condition, but faded a little, not much. Is there a liquid or paste to wipe on that doesn't require an electric polisher? Or does one have to use the polisher?

sometimes.. yamaha blue is difficult to work with. All you can do is try
👍. Well it was a yz250 that I tried it on. Lol. It’s gonna get a full restore soon but will also get a graphics kit.

But my real plastic restoration project will be a 1979 KE 175 that I have stashed in the back of my dads garage for 25-30 years. But it’s kawi Blue. Shine her up like 👇 and twosmoke the streets! 🤟🍻

That might be a wet sand and polish candidate.

I used that ch!t this past summer maybe I did it wrong but holy hell did the dust from the trailer ride ever stick to the machines.

It’s a silicon base spray so it will collect A little, I spray and wipe or polish it in and I don’t have a problem. Sxs,truck dash, sled. Shines up really nice with limited effort. I find mud and dirt slips off easily for spraying it down after a ride On the buggy. Maybe the key is to wipe it down next time?

I seen this product called cerekote trim coat. Supposedly it doesn't hold dust and dirt. They say it lasts over 2 years and a bunch or washes. Anyone try this?

I use that back to black on the rubber fender trim on the big trucks, keeps them shiny and the mud falls right off. Never tried it on colored stuff but would think it would have the same effect
