What part are you struggling with? Should be an easy install....

No struggle the 2023 came with electric start not shot and no pull start. I would like to remove the e start as its probably 30 # or more and install the pull start. Just curious if there is a kit or if it was pieced together. I guess I need to go to a dealer and have a look at a 2024 as they come with them.

There should be a kit. I put one on a skidoo a few years ago.

Side panel was the biggest thing. As there was no cut out for the pull start.

Another option would be to spend the money you would on the pull start package on a lightweight battery. Most of the extra weight is from the battery. Shed a bunch of weight and still have the e start.

I thought e start was dumb until I got a sled with it. So nice!

I put a pull start on my 23 edge just for back up. Easy install.

I put one in just for back up . Estarter is not 30 lbs and works great. Easy install just remove the muffler and a few bolts after that. I left the side cover alone the pull start fits under it if you keep the estart.

Let me know how the install goes. Thanks
After can is out is easy 4 Torx and cover is swapped to pull start
Only minor difficulty was the two bolts that hold the bracket/mount thingy on the back of the chain case, the threads felt like they had paint in them from the factory but keep them straight and they walked right in
