We did the Hilti with 6 young lads, it's a big job that we figured would take 7-8 hours (after 1.5 hours of work already done).
Have found a local truck that will do the job for $800.00 which seems fair to me.
Hey, thanks for all the offers and input, always appreciate the help.
Now I just have to wait for the truck to free up a little time.

I just laid a tarp out, 7.5 yards of washed rock to be delivered tomorrow or Friday. Saturday I build a trough through the basement window to shovel the rock into wheelbarrows and start putting it in place.

Repairing them is no fun ordeal, especially the honey wagons. If you could imagine welding a crack inside a tank that has all the good stuff soaked into the steel. Someone's gotta do it I guess.

It's gross enough being a few houses down when they empty the septic tanks, I can't imagine welding inside even after a great steam clean.
My hat goes off to you Mr Grizwald....however you have always been the black sheep of that family....lol

Next step starts tomorrow. Build a trough and start shoveling washed rock into basement/wheelbarrow and begin building the weeping tile base, add weeping tile and backfill. All gong well I'll have it completed this weekend.

Progress continues with weeping tile inside basement.
Build a trough and it works great.
Now for the "Manual Labor". I'm a sales guy, not suppose to break a sweat EVER....lol

Inside Basement Weeping Tile - Pigeon Lake

Washed rock in place and just unrolled weeping tile. Tie it into the sump pail and I can start the backfill.

I think you are supposed to put pipe in first then cover it with washed rock but what do I know unless you are going to back fill more with wash rock

So your think'n I should dig all the gravel out, lay the pipe on the dirt, then put the gravel on top....sounds like a lot of work at this point. But then again, what do I know, I'm a sales guy.

Ok, your right....1-1.5" of gravel along bottom and the same on top.
I'm soft in my old age, this is tiring shoveling, run to basement, dump...repeat....repeat....repeat
