Pro RMK 800 Low sloppy idle

Have a 2013 pro 800. Starts and idles (1200-900rpm)low and quits eventually. Had new tps sensor installed and set, new pistons/rings, new reeds, new fuel filter, exhaust valves cleaned and new diaphragms but still has low uneven idle. Especially when cold. Runs fine other than that. Any other things to check/replace?

I've heard of V-force reeds affect idle. Yours are stock or aftermarket? How does it run when off idle?

Has v force reeds, the last set was v force as well and it ran fine. Runs fantastic just won't idle at 1600 unless you hold the throttle there. Thought tps for sure but that didn't fix a thing.

Went thru the exact same problem last year, threw $2k at it only to discover it was, the TPS even after the so called Polaris tech of over 30 years argued with me that it wasn't!!

Yeah my other pro did the same thing but ended up selling that one haha. I just had tps replaced this week at the dealer and it was idling fine there when I picked it up but I'm thinking I'll take it back now and get it re done.

Even a new TPS can be calibrated wrong.

You might want to have a look at your belt deflection. If the belt is too tight ,it may be slightly dragging on the primary clutch,causing it to pull your rpm's down. Look for telltale black skid marks at the bottom of the clutch. The belt doesn't always squeal when its too tight.

TPS and wiring harness replaced on my 2012 is what fixed that in mine. Double check/clean grounding cable/nut above pipe, been told that gives some odd issues too and easy to check.

Yeah checked that ground even cleaned it with scotch brite while I was in there doing top end. Funny thing is once it's up to temp idles good haha. Gonna get them to leave it outside and cal it frozen.
