I have money to spend, I just want to spend it in the right places, and don't want to spend a pile on unnecessary parts. Ideally, I'd like to spend the money the first time on the right stuff needed.

Start with Arctic Cat P/N 1702-466. A must for anyone with a 12 to 14 1100 Turbo. That will bring the engine back into alignment. Fixes a lot of the belt blowing problems! Has worked for many.

The Gates Carbon belts are over 200$, but Gates has a cheaper line of belts that are around half the price. They aren't as good as the carbon, but its a less expensive option and they still will
warranty them.

Paid $120 for a carbon fibre belt for RMK PRO at lordco...

A gates carbon fiber belt here. I ride a ski doo, but if im really getting charged double price for a belt wtf I'll be looking into it though..

I'm guessing ski doo belt should be about the same money. Belts a belt... Sales ppl at lordco can adjust pricing on all items- generally up to 40% off Retail. Like I said having an account and knowing salespeople can definitely work out in your favour.

I bought a gates carbon fibre from NAPA in golden, Around $180 I think for a skidoo. I also brought that belt back after 1800kms when it started to delaminate and they replaced it for me in store with very little hassle.

I could buy them in Alberta, but I like supporting the local buisness out there.

I was blowing 3 belts a weekend. Then I put the stiffest primary and secondary springs I could find and adjusted rpm with the clutch weights. Haven't blown a belt since.
