Does anyone know the price to place and finish per/sq foot in the edmonton area. The floor would be set up and ready to go.

I just had a 3100 sqft job done . cost for placing/finishing ONLY was .75 per square foot . This was from a company that mostly only does placing
I was told I got a very good price as normally they charge up to 1.50 / sqft / they did not lose money on the job they just took a lower than normal markup as they were a bit slow and wanted to keep their crew together
I was surprised how much these guys make . what I consider a concrete labourer making 50.00 per hour seems high but i'm not on the construction business
careful with concrete guys , many are inexperienced and really are winging it
