Read lots of stuff but just makes it more confusing lol, What are the symptoms of power valves not working properly?
Low RPM to MidRange overfueling?
Knock Sensor ( timing issue) ?
Rev Limiter ( Limp Mode ). ?
Are any of these possible issues? And what else would a guy look for?

That is definatly one of my issues, Early Rev Limiter, Around 7000 rpm. Also knock sensor, definatly not a octane issue. Heard power valves Fawk up timing which would set off knock sensor. Just never diagnosed Power Valves before. Think I’m on the right track!

In my case one of the nuts came off on the connector plate, and only one valve was opening.

Don't think it's all that common, but worth a look... If you're working on an etec

Should throw a code if not working. The ECM is always monitoring the position.
