Power valve adjustment

I've been trying to find a thread on here that has been posted before. I'm looking to find specs and directions on power valve adjustment for my wife's 06 crossfire.

At least I think it is the power valves that need adjusted.. It bogs in loose powder, but goes pretty good on hard pack.

Any suggestions, ideas, or input would be greatly appreciated
