Powder coating

So here I am, getting tired of the scorching heat,decided I would tare into my sled and do some custom painting for the next riding season, soon to come! going with a candy blue powder, do I have to put a silver base coat to get the shiny bright look?

Talked to my powder coater should have the rest of the parts early this week, then the final assembly begins. IMG_1111.jpg
