Powder coating rails

I'm planning on powder coating my rails but am worried they might chip at the flex points. What do you guys think?

don't do it. many topics on here about rails weakened by the heat involved in the powdercoating process. ask maxwell....

way better option. polish them first to a bright shine and then anodize, they will look awesome.

Thanks for your input. I'm getting a bunch of other parts powder coated but didn't know how the rails would hold up.
