Lots of industries are like that Glen...Until someone gets seriously hurt or killed and OH&S investigates... Supervisors and Managers can now be held criminally liable for the actions of a worker...Sec 217.1 of the canadian criminal code....

we use an awesome product called "fluid film" comes in a brownish can with a white lid. We can only get it at out local John Deere store (Its NOT a John Deere product though.)
