2014 pro and been waiting for over a month for Polaris to decide if they going to warranty my upper structor. Anyone get sick of waiting for Polaris to make a decision? My buddy's sled waiting for same decision. Cycle works had my busted quick drive bolt fixed so I could head out sledding again. Not sure if going to buy another Polaris again. Four trips 815 kms and two trips back to dealer for warranty issues. But if I do buy another Polaris it will be from cycle works they have been great can't complain about there service

I'm really concerned with Polaris warranty and their engineering for that matter. Seems like there are so many fix kits for Polaris sleds!!! Why don't they just fix their design from factory and sell a reliable sled!!!! I've heard of numerous upper structure failures as well as people blowing pistons. You can only make a sled so light, then you start running into it being weak!! As for the pistons we have had 2 pistons blow on '13 Assaults, because the piston is slapping in the cylinder wall. If the average rider can recognize there is a problem, why can't Polaris? Like I said before, if they built it properly we wouldn't be waiting for warranty during riding season!!!

So is it really an issue with Polaris, or is the dealer holding back?? The few small issues ive had were dealt with swiftly. The 2 dealers in my area seem to be good, at least in my experience.

I would think its the dealer, had the same issue with my old doo, smaller dealer took forever to get warranty done, tried everything to put fault on me so they wouldn't have to warranty it.

This may or may not help you, but my friends carbon fiber supports and glue all chit the bed on his Pro. So we used broom handles and wood screws and a little fish plating to fix the issue,, stronger than stock...lol

Good dealers make warranty happen... If you deserve it... Problem with a piece like an over structure is its usually an abuse item. No different than trashing a a arm on a tree.

Just did it last week, think he'll runner like that for a while. Stronger than stock for sure and Broom sticks aren't that heavy. This sled is turboed too, boondockers 12lbs boost.

After trading off my perfectly running 12 pro I have had 3 trips to dealer for warranty on my Friday built 14.first issue was a corded belt at 100 miles and a brake light switch wire that rubbed through shorting out dash and lights.Next has been an ongoing midrange bog.1st time they blamed it on moisture, I said bad injectors.Next trip in still bogging with codes they replace throttle block and TSS,I said injectors. Next ride still bogging and by now very frustrated they finally changed injectors. Sled has 575 miles and has been a so so year with bad running new sled and so so snow.Need too pick up sled and try again too see if bog is gone.If not I'm dumping it $2600 to get a 15 Standard RMK 163 ES clicker shocks. Its only money plus 1000 golden ticket.
