i came close to pulling that plate off, as it was a pain to remove oil filter and spark plugs, a new bolt, nut and wing nut solved that. i could see a larger plate keeping some of the heat down from entering the back of cab.

I put the bigger plate to stop some heat going into the cab. Wife and daughter was saying it was getting hot with out it. With snorkels I was able to make the plate wrap around the header pipe.

The heat is nice on cold days And most this summer, but on hot days i would like to eliminate some of it!
