I think it was a problem with the 850 during break in from what I remember reading .
With the re-flash is sled put back into break in mode ?

My 2019 has never fouled a plug, 3000km on it now. But it seems like some of them have this problem chronically and no one knows how to fix it.

The only technique thing I can mention is that I don't warm the sled up much with idling. Once it shows 0 deg C I start moving it, and if I don't need to move it, I shut it off until I do need to move it. So if you are letting it idle to warmer temps than that, maybe don't.

I believe it was in the New Polaris 850 thread. If I’m not mistaken there was a few that fouled plugs?

My 2019 fouled many spark plugs warming up from cold until the 2019.5 flash. Hotter plugs helped alot, BPR7ES

I also shut my sled off with the key switch, and not the kill switch. If i use the kill switch it will sometimes back fire, then take a couple pulls to start.

Most 2019 need to be reflashed. There were 2 different ones. The first one fixed mine. After that no issue just smiles.

so you just putt till it gets warm? I was under the impression touching the throttle under 90 was a no no for these/polaris sleds? (Mine is a 20 800)

Yeah, I want to start moving it at 32F, and I'll baby it until closer to full operating temp which manual says is 120F 49C.

It will help but won’t solve the problem. Almost every 19 needed at least 1 reflash. Save yourself the grief of changing plugs on the side of a mountain.

OP said the sled is reflashed, what more are you recommending?
