Got few scuff marks on the one piston - Just was worried about piston locator pin - thought id better chg them

What oil oil were you running.
they look worse than mine at 9500km. How is the jug, any nikasil flaking off at the tops.

Good to hear. Mine has flaking on the mag side at the top. Running the same oil.

I made a switch to amsoil because i seen a report from an oil analysis and brp synthetic oil is not actually what they say it is. did i make the right choice or not im not sure but i feel like running a high quality oil would be better piece of mind. and believe it or not when i buy bulk ams oil i get it a hair cheaper then the brp bulk stuff. I guess we will see when my motor comes apart
