I caught some kid in Toronto parking in a handicap spot in Toronto last I was visiting that town. Didn't see a tag so I called out to him "Must be a mental handicap then?"

He wasn't too quick with a response, so perhaps I was real accurate, or he was shocked somebody would call him on it.

I encourage this activity.
