I brought my baby home today, pretty impressed with just some of the small changes they made, looks like i wont need to raise the handle bars as they raised them even higher than my '06 M7, has reverse and they run 4 wheels in the back now. The salesman i talked to (Cam at Argyll Motorsports) said the M8 outperforms the M1000 as it is to heavy and doesn't float like the M8, he had tried both of them last spring (demos), he says he is going to drop down to the M8, interesting. They also redesigned the chasis. I cant frickin' wait for the snow now, now if you'll excuse me I have to go read it a bedtime story, goodnight all.

Very nice, interesting comparison between the M8 and M1000, will need to see what you think after you have had a chance to play with it in the steep and deep!

Sharp looking with some nice changes like you mentioned, but I have to admit that I have always liked the orange package a little better!

Cat had a slough of issues with the 800 last year. Not that it was bad, but calibration was waaay out. They have remapped the fuel curve and changed cluthing for starters. You should be really happy with the sled, and there is tons of room to get more HP out of the 800 with a few simple aftermarket adders. Congrats....she's purdy!

Its totally stock right now and will stay that way until after first service, then i will let my imagination control me!
