OK this is my issue. ...okay one of many lol.
I switched from a Samsung to an I-Phone...pro and cons with both.
I had photos sorted in albums in the Samsung, when I switched to the I-Phone recently it eliminated the albums. Still have all the pics in the date order they were taken.
I started to create new albums/topics in the I-Phone, the problem I'm having is... I "move a pic to an album" it doesn't just move it, it copies it.
So I'm doubling up on the pics. I don't need/want double the pics if I can help it.
Any ideas where I'm phucking up? Not tech savvy by any means...

For example the I phone has recent pictures

Then when you create a album it has the same picture in recent pictures as well as in the album?

That is how my i phone is.

My iPhone is the same way. It’s not using double the memory, even though it shows the pic in 2 spots. Kind of annoying yes. And if you delete from recent pics, it deletes it everywhere.

Thanks guys!
Yes and yes, to both of you.
I've got 256 GB of memory, which I think I'm okay.
... as mentioned annoying, don't need them twice.

Any important stuff you should back up on another separate platform ....

Thanks,
I do back up on a PC at home....then a USB stick thingy.
Mostly pics of projects/signage/trips, it's nice to have something to show other customers for reference...just don't need it a couple of times.

It is nice to create albums. Easier to find pictures later
