Little lippy teenage/early-mid 20's punks that start sumthin but never finish, they just speed away when u get out to set them straight. They're all tough in the car but wont get out to have a little chat.

Yea, i hate those fawkers... 
One of our neighbors lives next to an ally which is beside a church and near the Highschool. Anyways the kid was in the parking lot revving his diesel, my neighbor comes out, yells at him and he stops. Next day he looks at his house, someone had shot a rock into his vinyl siding and his window.
