People who ask why..........ARG

I haven't posted in awhile,so I thought I would post a rant
Several people in my life are especially bad for this when I ask a question
or I am asking for something.The response I get is WHY.......... WTF makes someone
do that? My mother and sister almost 100% of the time do it. Drives me BONKER'S....

Q: Is there any chain saw gas around here?
A: WHY

Q: Do you have a first aid kit in the house?
A: WHY

Q: Do you know where I can find a paint brush?
A: WHY

These are all questions I have actually asked my sister and I shyt you not that is always
her reply........ Have some people spent too much time around 5 year old's and they spend
the rest of their life stuck in that response mode?
When I asked my sister if there was any chainsaw gas around her place and she replied
WHY, I said cause I was going to go to town to get a coffee and I thought I would take the chain saw instead of my truck...................WTF do you think.....

Do any of you have crack pot people in your lives too?????????????????????
