Totally crazy how the whole corona virus has got out of control with hoarding. Shelves are empty, security guards are all over in Costco. Limits of 1per customer. I do love the price of gas reg 72.9 prem 89.9 diesel 88.9 lowest I've seen since probably 2008.

To to everyone make the best of this situation and see the bright side of it all. Everyone needs to work together and we will get through this.😊😊😊

Been shopping for an upright freezer for past few weeks, I'm ready to pull the trigger on one now, but can't find stock, was told at several stores this past weekend was record for freezer sales.....

Good advice .

When the coronavirus is over, do a good deed for the rest of 2020.
Keep your holiday in Canada , eat at restaurants in Canada, make your sleepovers at hotels and BB in Canada. Have your holiday in a Canadian summer cottage. Buy Canadian goods. Support those companies, who have had a difficult time, due to lack of turnover. I will.

wait for 10 days from now when there's a total lock down, then you'll see crazy like Italy/Spain/France has right now.

I bought an upright freezer 2 weeks ago and they said they were almost sold out would be shocked if there was still some around.

Thing of it is you go to the grocery store to get them as usual. Well there’s no bread no eggs no chicken no tp no onions no this or that. Been going there for 4 days first thing in the morning. Today they were fairly stocked back up again. So now do you just grab what you need and take the chance that when you go back there is stock again or do you grab a little bit extra of everything just in case. Does that make it hoarding?

Key word ?!! Little bit extra . Lol
People should think about it before they buy ?
People know how much they go through or should ?
Buying months of supplies in one purchase ?!!!!
Make a list and plan out for a month and you will be surprised how little you need .
Keep touching it up along the way is what makes sense doesn’t it ?

We didn't want exposure at all to this in March, my wife is <2 weeks from delivering and the thought of missing my kids delivery because I was sick was something I didn't want.

With a growing family it was something we always needed, but figured the time was now to act. And frankly an excuse to hunt more this fall lol

Congratulations to you and your growing family .
Things will level off in a week or two I am sure .
Just had to spend a day in the hospital a couple days ago with the wife for surgery.
People were absolutely great and no craziness going on at all .
Lots of hand washing.
This was in Edmonton and now home in GP quarantined just in case . Lol

Loooting in London already.....jus sayn
Little different situation over there, about 20x the population in europe than we have in Canada and in roughly the same land mass, and the weather is a lot more friendly for the virus over there. Also they have millions of refugees invading so tons of homeless and sick, etc. Very close to the epicenter in comparison to us and bordered by a $hit ton of 3rd world countries.

Agreed, Italy half the size of Alberta 60 million people, guess what happens with this in Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal, Calgary, Edmonton, Ottawa will be interesting.
