Can anyone buy this? or do you have to have a rural address listed on drivers licence?

If he applied Curtail M at the rate the internet told him it wouldn't have done a good job. Trust me, with chemicals you need to read between the lines with what the manufacture recommends. What they recommend for the little guy may be not what the big guy does.

Just did the math and I would put in my back pack sprayer approx 400ml or a soup can. I would spray this in a manner that didn't drench the area but most defiantly covered the plant. The book recommends 2litre per acre but keep in mind I would apply this with 5gals of water to the acre. So in a backpack you have a tendency to apply more then a commercial applicator would. Also with Curtail M you would apply when the dandelion is in the rosette or early spring before you see the yellow flower.
Par 3 has less restriction on timing and only said to apply it to young plants.
As a farmer I use Curtail M on my crops and usually have some kicking around where as Par 3 would be a special buy for me. It is IMO a better product for dandelion in your lawn.

Par 3 (or Trillion as it is sometimes sold) for dandelions and grazon for taisey and the tougher nasty weeds. About 1 liter in 60 gallons works well. Double up and you won't have any issue for a few years.

I've used par 3 on my lawn and was always happy with the results...I bought a 10L jug of weed and feed last trip stateside and will try that in the next day or two if the wind would ever stop

i'm using par III. it works great. it's $130 for 10L at ufa. This is super concentrated. I'm not sure if you can just buy or you have to have an acreage with so many acres. I took dales advise and did a coat last weekend with green with envy. I don't have any dandelions on my property or the ditches. my neighbours yards are all yellow. I have 3 acres and can do my property two times, one now and one more in july. and i'm good for the year

I needed to show my legal land description and name at UFA yesterday to prove it was an acreage.

I didn't know mine but Spruce Grove UFA has a county map on the wall with section numbers for all the subdivisions in Parkland County.
Yep. They just looked up my legal address!
