Hey, I am wanting to paint my running boards, bumpers, etc. what is the best way to paint them and the least likely the paint will come off after use? Thanks!

powder coating would be the best for durability, but that means stripping the sled right down to do it. nothing else would work on your running boards, they would look like chit after the first ride.

Ugh that's a total pain in the butt then! Any idea of how much powder coating is?

I'm not sure how they determine cost, bigger parts like your tunnel would cost a bit for sure. they have to coat the parts in a statically charged powder then bake it in a big oven. someone here must have an idea on the cost
