Where are you located call up endura paints and ask them they have special acids to eitch the aluminum and endura has wicked paint you can use on your boat.
My old aluminum boat used to leak pretty good, so I ended up renting one of those line x sprayers and sprayed a grey line x inside the boat which looks awesome and it doesn't leak anymore!! Have fun!
