i think it means that the brake lever position and vechicle speed are quit different, just looking for a confirmation if that’s true.

I think you are onto the problem area.

I throw that code quite often when I’m riding thick fog as I usually ride with a finger on the break lever in case I need to stop quickly.

I always get the parking brake light flashing at me but it has never thrown a engine code until now.
