Anyhow, He wants $500 to use your company name or he wants $500 otherwise he is using you company name?

If it is the latter, without a release he cannot use your company name to defame you or your company. It can also lead to a right of publicity claim against that person for use of their name without their permission.

Anyhow I am sure this thread will be deleted.

Ozone just stopped in to see me, and asked me for $500 for the Big Iron Shootout. I said no. He told me he was making a non-supporter banner, and that my company name was going on it for the event!
