Over reving on the 850T

Sounds like its a 175 thing tho. Or does Paul have a “good runner” compared to maxwell’s 165?

The 175 keeps going when the 165 flips over. Paul rode a 165 stage 2 doo turbo the other weekend and Paul said his 175 was faster than the tuned doo.

The 175 is a beast thats for sure, I just wish I had the conditions To justify getting another sled that long.
I only had 3 days of over the hood nipple deep snow days this season.

I'm comfortable on my 175T. At my age comfortable is good. Especially riding with younger guys.

Not sure why everyone thinks the 175 is just for deep days and exploring. First year in a 175 and honestly it is the most versatile sled I have owned.

heres a easy 15ft air a couple weeks ago. Next season I am gonna whip this thing!

Sorry it’s for deep snow, exploring and OLD guys. Great sleds but they are just so slow

Joking around of course but I do find them less exhilarating as they make less ground speed

Not all 175’s make less ground speed than all 165’s........just sayin

Being on a 74/75 over a decade, what I love the most is there a ability to push yourself for the harder lines, being more forgiving and slowing more time to dial it in..

65s with the light skis, make that more difficult and certainly could add to their over rev conditions happening when 1/3 of the track is being used ..

Will be trying a 65 firsthand in the fall, see how I like it then

The 175 is not a detriment in any way shape or form, its 6" more in the snow, people that say its slow maybe are confusing the feeling because it is a little less cumbersome and does not flip around as easy forsure but my sled is definitely not slower than a 165, in most cases it is faster except maybe on a hardpack drag race up a hill the 165 might pass me at the top, maybe....I have raced many shorter sleds this year and it has been eye opening how fast my sled is this year, maybe mine is a good one, dunno but the long track is a weapon and you better be on it to kick my ass ha ha.

Always my findings as well. The dwarf type people find them long . Lol
But in saying that the snow conditions make a big difference and always found the 174-175 was the most fun in arm pit deep which some years doesn’t happen much .

I'm 6' 3 not sure if that qualifies as a dwarf or not, but yeah not a fan of the longer tracks. I prefer 154.....

Each to thier own though, what ever you have fun with is the right sled.

I actually do like the sled, but it is over kill right now forsure. Was great a week ago.

Back when the world was right I’d snowcheck the 154 and a 174 each year. Way back in the day when I ran Yami Nytros I ran a boosted 154. That was really fun. And a bigger boosted 162 for the deep days. 154 is definitely the best sled for all around conditions

still got the aerocharger kicking around.... been thinking 146 XM turbo.
