oregon gps

any body run the oregon 300 gps by garmin??

am ineterested in buying one...looking for feedback...

also what is considered a good buy???

I dont have the Oregon but do have the colorado which is just a touch older but I think they are really close. I really like all the options it gives you and is really easy to use. I bought the alberta topo map for it and it is a must. The only thing I wish the map had was cut lines maybe there is a diffrent chip out there. Hope this helps

Not to bring up old posts but does anyone uses these GPS's for quadding? How do they work with mud splashing around. Is a touch screen useless when you are going through the mud?

I've been looking for a GPS as well for quadding and I've been told to stay away from the touch screens as they get scratched up from the dirt and mud. The best prices I've seen are from GPS city.
