ordering parts how long?

when a STOCK part fails on your machine of any brand how long does it take your dealer to get your parts from the time you place the order until its ready for pickup?

and please state what manufacturer

'doo parts.....if it's available in the west coast warehouse, 2-3 days. from the east is usually an extra 3 days.

in a few cases they have brought them in from Stojans in Sexsmith for me too, have them the next day. not sure what your getting at max....havin' grief?

at bowcycle. if we ordred it on monday wed have it by wednesday. so ya 2 or 3 days.. also depends on what it is.. if it goes air or ground. emergancey order or stocking order..

definately depends on what it is. I have waited up to 3 weeks for parts for my kawi. and up to 2 weeks for parts from yamaha. usually under a week tho.

my yamaha dealer usually 2 days ish depending on part.
my polaris dealer 2-5 days depending once again on what part.
i prefer my yammi dealer they treat me much better (best dealer in my town)

under a week, usually at forest power sports in prince george, sometimes longer depends on the carnage :d

If I order on Sat-Mon, I usually get parts by the Fri. If I order after Tues, usually the folllowing week, depending on what it is.

northgate honda, the local cat dealer, if it ain't in stock it's faster to call another dealer anywhere in western canada and have it shipped, no joke I got a call for my a arm arriving the wrong color, 3 days after receiving the proper one from leading edge in kamloops that I ordered 4 days after the northgate one:rant:

With my Doo usually about 3 days .But I own a Cat usually 10 to 14 days that
why I don't own a Cat never again

I hate waiting for parts. When I had my poo I would wait for over 5 business days.

Now that I switched to doo if I order Monday morn parts are there by Wednesday or if they come out of the east their thereby Friday.

Had nothing but great service for ordering parts thru Martin in the west end. They got one of the best parts girls I have ever delt with.
