Do you guys really use your shovel that much when your stuck? There's much easier/better ways to get unstuck...
I hardly need to go in my backpack to grab a shovel and when I do I'm gonna be there a while anyway so not in a rush.

Thanks a bunch for all the feedback guys. Not sure I'm any further ahead though!! Think I'm gonna go with the mountain addiction setup though. Hopefully since I'll only be using it 6-10 days a year, the elastic won't stretch out??

Not only the elastic not being built for the moguls, the zipper is also crap. Tough decision, eh?

Ive been running the low pro large bag on my last 2 sleds. The original zippers sucked the big one, and they sent me a new liner no charge so that was nice, the new ones are much better. I have lost 2 shovel handles and one blade due to the elastic getting iced up then heading home down the moguls. And I don't know if its just me, or if my velcro is shot in the base, but if I have to much weight in the bag, the lining tends to pull out often when rolling the sled over or bombing down the moguls.

Last year I only got 12 days riding in and the lining came out 5 different days, and part of a shovel 2 other days. They are definitely a nice clean setup, but not worth it in my opinion unless you just want to pack some beers and take tour to the closest shack. Im looking for something different.

I've go them on my machine as well. I have two large bags and the jerry can. (can only pack two at once).
I like them for the size. I fit my saw, lunch, and jacket liner in once it gets hot out.

But I have lost the bag before from Rolling the sled. I did try keeping shovel on it. my handle is too long, I've ordered a new shovel with a 16" handle, try that this year.

quick tip: M.A was super cool and I sent them my bag over the off season and they double stitched my elastics and didn't charge me a thing!
No never lost my shovel and I get stuck all the time and the guys love rolling it out and it stays put. had problem with shovel handle holder
got sucked into a tree and ripped the stitching so It was hanging. all better now! awesome bag

never had issues with the zipper on mine, just the elastics. Now I use the Q-link bag and fuel caddy. Last year I bought the ski-doo tunnel bag for the extra storage and really like it. IMG_3444.JPG
Oh ya forgot about the junk zipper that lasted 4 rides

Old thread but bringing it back to life.

I have bought a couple Sled solutions bags. Been good bags but they gouge you hard on shipping!

have ran the BCA bag for the better part of the season. So far it has been really good. only issue is my own fault stepped on a buckle in the trailer and broke it. had spares from BCA before the next weekend. i was worried about how it would be to take on and off with the plate system they use but have had no problems at all with it. would for sure recommend it to anyone.
