I find the jaws are really good. The quality is awesome, i've had them on 6 sleds all arcticcats over the past 4 seasons and have not had a single issue. They are kinda load but not the loudest out there by far. Like i said they are somewhat loud but they had an awesome bark to them and they sound great.

I have an MBRP can, its 7 pounds. 8 lighter than stock. Its fairly loud and has good tone. However... on big powder days I have a bog on the exhaust dump side. The can has a less than desirable fit. Its hard to get on and off the stock bracket, and there is alot of unwanted room where it dumps(this might be a reason for bogging on powder days). Ive also had to reweld the tab where the cotter pin goes. My friend has a stock M8 with a Jaws and its noticeably louder and has a good tone. People often ask what mods are done to it when he is tearin it up!LOL... I would probably go with that one but got a screamin deal on the MBRP. I sure hope he doesnt catch me sayin this. hahaha, hope I was some help.

I think ours sound quite similar, but the fitment on mine is good, minimal gap on the outlet, I did run a second spring to keep it from rattling, but not a necessary thing, definitely get a lot of people wanted to know what is done to the sled, probably from the can more than anything but I have a bunch of powder coatinf and bolt ons as well. Personally with all your posts I would say smash a can on it, mountain seat, low windshield, side vents, and the best mod for the cost I find with my 2011 is monster board inserts from XXXmodrods, next up for my 11 as I want total reliability as my 09 isn't overly trustworthy with the turbo is to put a speedwerx y pipe/pipe and boondocker box on it as well as a cpc clutch, and maybe a 2.5inch camoplast peak track, you can have all the power in the world and if you run the stock clutch and track you will waste a lot of it, definitely my opinion here and I am only a year and a half into this sport but I spend a lot of time asking questions and riding with experienced guys and I'm sure a lot of members would agreee with me

I have a ceramic MBRP on my 08 800. I bought it off season a couple years ago so it was super cheap. It had a tiny hole in the welding on the bungs for the springs and made a mess of my side panel before I noticed it. Must have been a defect right from MBRP. I fixed it up shortly after that and its been holding up well for the last 3 winters. I agree the fitment isn't great but its not bad enough to bother me. Its loud as hell but this summer I am going to do a full exhaust and switch out the can for a jaws just for a change. I have heard nothing but good things about jaws from all brand lovers.
