A group of us recently spent some time open camping in the forestry areas of South Western AB. We were very surprised by the permanency of many camps, and extreme lack of respect for the rules. I won't get into the details of what we saw (ie. illegal activities), had to cleanup after others, or people we had to deal with. Thought it would be a good idea to post up the rules as established by SRD. Two rules I would like to point out in particular are "LIMIT YOUR STAY TO 14 DAYS" and "CLEAN UP YOUR CHIT"!!!
Oh yeah, and when the sign says "CATCH AND RELEASE AREA ONLY" that means it's illegal to keep the fish!
