Nice lookin truck! Always loved the 70-80's trucks. Seems like there was more "truck" in them back then.

Seen that Avatar pic a few times and thought...I wish it was mine! Sweet ride you got there. Have an 86 I am trying to build myself. Slow process though. Hope it turns out like that. Good job on it! You have any more pics?

It is...Have a fuel injected 350 in it bored .060 over. cam, vortech heads, etc. Runs strong but sure would like to get a big block or a stroker in it! Needs some paint as well. Need to get off my butt and get it done!

Ya a guy can never have enough power:d only problem with these things they are never finished,,always wanting to change something or another. Check out this forum if you need some inspiration:beer:

One buddy has a 1984 Dodge prospector 1/2 ton short box, full tubbed with stock tires. He is running a 675hp 340 six pack and has a 450hp nos kit hooked up but never used. He ran it at the track once but scared himself so bad it is a show truck only now, won't even run it on the streets.

that right there is a crying shame ..... same as a turbo sled , just cause its got the power doesn't mean you have to use it all the time

It has been sitting in a paint shop for the last 5 years now. Not sure when he will get it back, only ever saw it driven once by his dad and he went by the gas station I was working at racing some guy in a corvette. Corvette didn't fair so well!!
