OK.....so I have been busy and missed replying, but I have to add something here. First off, I am super stoked about the changes made in edmonton this year....there is positive energy and some potentially great moves. After the young players showed some stuff last year, Lowe was in a great position to move some stuff around and i think he has done a great job signing some core players (Horcoff, etc...) and moving players that could go. I loved Torres, but it was the right move, because Lowe knew his ice time would go down and he would be more useful on another team and get the ice team he deserves. Stoll now gets to be with his hollywood girl which makes him happy too! As for all the hype, rumours, drama (Lowe/Burke, Hossa, Sundin, Insane money)..the NHL is doing its job keeping the fans excited and ready to spend money on new jerseys.


For all you flames fans actually assuming that Bertuzzi was a good pick up...you need to give your head a shake and be honest with yourself. There is a reason they bought out his contract. USELESS. However, Glencross will be a nice addition...lots of energy there. Lets just say the Flames are an injury away (iggy or kipper) from being absolutely dreadful!!!!!!!

But hey things could be worse right now, you could be a canucks fan!:d

I cant believe you flames fans even watch hockey the way your spouting off here.You call the oilers losertons but in the meantime the flames sign Bertuzzi.I'm laughing my azz off at that.The day of the goon is gone.With the young talent on the oilers comming on strong at the end of the year and the few additions to this team,We are definatly in for a good year of hockey from the oilers and I would take that bet in a second with you Fab but Isee you already in for two or three forty's as it is!Time will tell and its all written down here so we can get into the archives next spring and rub it in the flames faces LOL!
