Just going thru my sled I cleaned the rave valves about 300km ago. I seem to be getting oil sludge under the y pipe where it meets the main pipe any thoughts?

are your plugs fouling at all? i would check your oil cable for stretch or broken it will go over center and over oil? maybe check your valves again for gumbo. just throwing things out there.

Plugs are good, compression is good, oil line looks fine was the problem with fraying because it never had that coragated plastic cover over it. it is very hard to see the oil pump to see factory setttings so i can tell if the line is streched. took clutches off will clean and check them tomorrow. Need to pic up a new chain mine has 2 cracked links. and a new line for my coolant overflow. that's it for now

High oil consumtion is often related to a bad throttle cable. Very tough to see a frayed cable problem, did you dis-connect at the throttle leaver and look again near the pump? My ratio was around 22 to 1. Cable was 90% toast.

The donut sealling ring between the y pipe and main pipie has a notch in it and needs to be lined up.

Adjust the oil pump cable on the right side ( free play ) 18mm( I think) Then replace your donut and springs. Then ride!

I've got the same problem, used tons of silicone many time, put new donut ring and it still leaks every ride! Didn't do this as much last year. Let me know what fixes it.

Are you two using the same oil?

I use Amsoil Interceptor. Don't think it's the oil since when I bought it used last year it was doing the same before I put Amsoil in (had skidoo semi syn)

Look how far your springs have wore into the loops on the pipe. New donut and springs needed. Weld up the loops.
