RaspberryNytro them are cool looking pic's. Definitely a different set up with the coil tubing and the derrick compared to the Trailblazer or PD coil tubing rig set up's. Do you just raise the derrick for running casing or do you drill surface and/or main hole with it as well?

run the stiff mast for everything but the actual coil drilling. it's just an add-on if the oil company wants to "coil". works pretty good, but pain in the butt to spot it & rig it up if on minimal disturbance leases!!!

Here's the rig we are using in Portugal, brand new but made in China so we'll see how well it works!

A Feb 8/08 oops south of Beaverlodge. Bigfoot originally sent the pic to me and low and behold it was the rig just to the north of us. They were stuck in the hole.

In the patch for about 12 years, run a vac & steamer company out of LEGAL area, sure see a lot of crazy stuff out there, but there's no other life like it.Heck my old man is 65 and he does relief water hauling and he's always telling anyone who listen that the young bucks can't keep up!

I been working downstream for 29 years now. Sour gas plants, sweet batteries, little oil, now I'm getting a little closer to the wellhead, as a field foreman. The patch has always treated me and my family real good.

Who do you work for and are they lookin for guys in the field. I have been doing a related job for the past 4 years and was operating at CNRL for a bit too.

Easier ways to slip & cut than that. Amazing the dead leg held onto the crown. Did they loose the string?

Took a couple days to move the teledouble off the location and a triple has moved on. There was pipe standing in the derrick this afternoon when I went by.
