Yes the parking is not good, but weather they groom or not it still sucks
I think parking issues aside Sale would become a pretty small area if it got 30-50 sleds a day especially during the caribou closure.
Hopefully the Club is working on having another managed area to take the pressure off Boulder and Frisby in the coming years.

There is a plan, but also a process to follow, provide parking, staff needs, emergency shelters, obtaining management agreements and $ are a few other things. But there is a plan.

The club, the logging co. and Gov. have put a lot of time and effort into how we would all work together to keep Frisby open for us all to ride during the logging that is taking place now. Figuring out new routes and making them groomed trails. Producing and installing directional and safety signs on the mtn. and on the rds. below. Notifying members and guests on our FB page, on the club website and others and in newsletters and at the trailheads and there is still non compliance.
On Sat. C&E handed out 3 $300 tkts. for accessing/driving a snowmobile on a plowed service rd.(active logging rd.)
The solution should this offence continue is to close Frisby to snowmobiling until logging is completed in 6-8 wks.
You must access Frisby through the parking lot/trailhead and follow the new designated groomed/signed routes on your snowmobile. C&E will be monitoring and writing tkts.
Unfortunate that a few could ruin it for the rest of us.

Punched skidder trail down to your guys tracks,,,,,,Wet and heavy.
You get sled all fixed up fpr plus 7-9 and rain?????
Plus 2-3 at mid elevetaion on the way down.
Snow balling in front of sled.
1800 M up was still okay though.
We will have to see what tomorrow brings. Visibility was at best poor today but still made the tv tower and kirkup lakes..
Snow is settling and getting heavier and sluffing was way more prodominant today. Even smaller areas were letting go during side hill pulls.
Stay safe and keep an eye on your partner,, you never know<
