You can ride from the parking lot if you want.

yes the snow was great, I have a feeling by the weekend it will be consolidated pretty good if it warms. For a first run of the season to see if things work, you could not have asked for much more. The base was pretty firm.

There is a '' Y '' in the road at 9k with good parking and a turn around. I did go to 10k but was getting willow whipped and that would only be for trucks and decks, maybe parking for 4 or 5 at best.

The Y should be okay if others aren't parked in the way. Bring tire chains tho.

Are you serious? There is a log landing at 7km, but by the sounds of it there is going to be quit a few people up there. Think of spring riding conditions and parking problems

Hey we ride Valemount all the time. They just don't have any snow and we want to ride. That's why i am asking these questions so we aren't in a **** show when we get there.

Haha don't get me wrong I've been there half a dozen times over the years. I like riding there. But just don't like the added hours of driving.
