I had it a few months or so ago. Its around. It was OK, its sliced off of the same area of the cow that the bacon is cut from on a pig. It just seemed like super thin cut beef to me. I could live with out it, unlike bacon.

So they probably made it more healthy without the salt and nitrites.............gotta have those things in real bacon!!!!
