It's part of life, I'm glad I did it when I did, later in the season would haves ended my year. Will be riding for Mountain Mania for sure

Had a good 4 days in McBride. They sure do need more snow. We rode Renshaw on Sat we drove to km 8 staged in about 8"of snow. There was only a foot and a half at km 27. One in our group made it to the cabin (a local) I didn't want to destroy a second sled in the same trip. lol.
Friday on Bell a friend borrowed my new 850 to try it out and hit a big rock on the face of little bell, cracked the belly pan and toasted the A arms and shock on one side. Leaked all the coolant out.
She's a little twisted.
But **** happens in early season.
It did snow overnight on Saturday, so there would be slightly more up top then I'm reporting.

Snow still is looking skinny at the cabin, but awesome to be grooming already, good show, let it snow

Just got off the phone with Hot Rod.
Lucille was groomed today and is ready to go, Bell will be ready by Friday morning.
We had snow flurries off and on today, there is more snow flurries in the forecast for tonight!
Current temperature here at the Scarecrow (close to Bell Mountain) -3C

We have had about 5" of fresh snow in our yard since 2pm this afternoon, more in the forecast for tonight.
We will try to get an update on the conditions up in the Mountains tomorrow for you guys!
