Nos Bottle rebuild

Lent mine to a buddy & he says it cant be filled. Need a new valve installed.

What's it cost? who or where can I get a new valve for a Holtzman 2lb Nos bottle?

you replace the valve don't waste time trying to rebiuld clamp the the bottle use a wrench on valve to remove I bought new NOS valve at lordco I believe the bottle threads are all the same

I just bought some kits from a local shop to rebuild some valves this year. The kits are around $35 and it was easy to do. Took about 5 minutes per valve. I think a new valve is considerably more money.

Thanks. What all comes in the kit? Do you have a part # or company name I can go to my local dealer with?

Basically it is just a new seat and valve stem along with a new spring washer and small retaining clip to hold it all together. There are also instructions in there that lay it all out for you. My set up is a nitrous express but I also have a few other bottles and they all were taking the same kits. If you look directly on your valve it should have a part number on it. If you tell your dealer what kind of nitrous kit you have they should be able to confirm for you.
