Yes you can. Some of the back channels get interesting lol. We were at bighorn this weekend too. Water levels were high.

It’s a river it only goes one direction lol. Just joking but a guy we boat with did get lost on the river around Edmonton lol. He said he was spinning donuts and couldn’t figure out which way the launch was. He figured it out when he got to Devon. He launched in Fort Saskatchewan! I just use my gps on the hummingbird fish finder.
