Nordegg OHV poker Rally Aug.4

We finally got our permit from the people who we pay to prevent us from using our land. Our annual poker rally will be Saturday Aug 4. Registration is at the Nordegg Hall in Nordegg from 9 AM to noon. Poker hands are $20 . Barbecue and refreshments at the hall starting at noon. The band starts at 7 PM. All proceeds go to the Nordegg Community Association.

I think Ron H was looking for info for himself to camp and stage for the rally.

The rally route will be well signed and marked with blue ribbons. Camping is available at Shunda Creek Campground or random camping.Staging at the nordegg community hall.

Should be a good turn out this year if Sundre doesnt hold their rally. I fully expect a check stop or two. Last year there was about eight fish cops but they reported 100% compliance.

I actually get to ride the rally this year. We have enough volunteers for the checkpoints. I am running the sweep to find the stragglers and the lost. Should be great if it ever quits raining out here.

Is there age restrictions on riders for this atv rally? Reason I ask is that my son rides his own machine and is 13 years old. I Would hate to come out there and then find out he cannot ride this rally on his own. Thanks in advance,
