Looking to do some riding in the Nordegg area this weekend. Wondering how much snow is left up at the higher elevations on Shunda/Baldy?

I'm not sure up top but I just got a snow fall warning on my phone for the Nordegg area.

about an inch or more of snow on ground in nordegg, more the higher up you go.

Could be a good run to the top then. Up and away.

No go for the ride to the top. Only got about quarter way up and hit 3 foot deep snow drifts on the shady side trails. Will give it another go in another month or so.

There were sections of Rocks & Snow threw the winter months up there, its a peace of cake going up with tracks.
Pulled off a few runs up that way in the winter.
Just returned from Hunters Valley as there is skiffs of snow in shaded in areas.
Mostly goof too go if a person knows the loop arounds.
