? We have sent some stuff to mountain magic before... and some of my friends have had work done there before and its second to none. I think opinion or not... That was a very uneducated generalized comment..... If anything I would rather take my stuff to a shop that does more than one thing becuase I know they will be around longer. Have watched a few places go under here trying to be a one sided specialty shop... Doesn't work. Mountain Magic is just a name.... They have had it forever... Specialty Auto used to be specialty Sleds...... I can open a garage and put a cardboard sign above the door that says "COMMANDER MUD SHOP" but I promise you the quality of work wont be close the thiers. "dont understand the whole mud and big tire thing".... What kind of idiots do you think they are? lol.

wow, you calling SxS guys with big tires, that may ride mud on occasion "Idiot's " now???? wtf shut the front door!!!!! lol

that's not very nice t-team

Play nice.
There is some valid points by all parties in this thread.

Personally, I know both Mountain Magic and Speciality Sleds both have a good reputation and do good work and both have understanding of the atv and sxs market. I would not hesitate dropping my Rzr at either modification shop for some work. Also I deal at Rapid Revolutions and have no issues there either, good to see some competition and more shops in the Edmonton area. There was no mention of Absolute Power in St.Albert either, they service both markets and have been for several years.

I would stay away from the " sled first" shops imo. No offence but they don't understand the whole mud / big tire thing .most of them do not lnow the needs of a SXS rider. In most cases it is just away to make extra $ in the slow season....
In short they are not as passionate about SXS s as they are sleds.... Most of these sled shops only know about adding turbos and power... They don't get the axle/ snorkel / havoc etc that mud and dirt do to a machine!

Stick with some one who knows the type of riding you do.... Just because you know your sleds does not make you an expert in the SXS world...

There hasn't been any "SLED FIRST" shops around for a long time man... With the sleds getting better and better shops can no longer be one sided to the snow... If you have seen some of the machines that have come out of mountain magic you would NOT be saying that lol. They do awesome work.. I would take my stuff there in a heartbeat

Geesh

I never got any work done at recreational power sports but I have bought lots there. They have really good prices, hands down best price on my sxs stuff! But like said all shops do nice work. Some times a trick that works good on a sled will work good on a sxs and vies versa!
